- This plan allows the athlete to participate in 2 training sessions per week (8 sessions per month)
- Practices cancelled by ECB Athletics will be rescheduled, and participants will be notified of the new date and time
- Training sessions cancelled by an athlete must be re-scheduled and completed within the same calendar month of the originally scheduled session. Failure to re-schedule in this time frame may result in a forfeited session
