- This package allow the athlete to participate in 1 scheduled training session per week (4 sessions a month)
- Practices cancelled by ECB Athletics will be rescheduled, and participants will be notified of the new date and time
- Training sessions cancelled by an athlete must be re-scheduled and completed within the same calendar month of the originally scheduled session. Failure to re-schedule in this time frame may result in a forfeited session
